Crown Pearl Goals – 2026-27

To start the biennium, we want to provide our Chapters SMART/SMARTIE goals to help us grow collectively as an organization. 

As part of this, we want to recognize Chapters as “Crown Pearl Chapters” that complete 10 of the 15 goals from the following categories!

1. Turn in your CPR Report, with all dues, on-time!
2. Submit your Chapter’s SAR on-time
3. Complete a meeting with a CFR
4. Attend a ChopShop in the Fall
5. Attend a ChopShop in the Spring

1. Highlight a service project your Chapter does!
2. Participate in the Month of Musicianship
3. Attend Founders’ Circle Programming
4. Send Brothers to your 2026 District Convention
5. Submit your Graduating Senior Report

1. Complete Chapter Growth Plan
2. Initiate at least 5 members!
3. Have one officer get their Founders Circle certification
4. Host a Band Social
5. Complete end of year Chapter Reflection Form

Goals for Districts is to Support Their Chapters. How your District Accomplishes these goals, and who does, is up to your Leadership Team.

1. Have 80% of CPRs submitted on time
2. Have 90% of Chapters submit a curriculum calendar
3. Have 70% of FARs submitted on time
4. Have 70% of IRFs submitted on time
5. Have 70% of SARs submitted on time

1. Have a chapter engagement plan by September 1st
2. Have a fall check-in with all Chapters in your District
3. Have a spring check-in with all Chapters in your District
4. Host at least one additional event outside of District Convention
5. Have 80% of District Officers complete Level I of the Founders Circle

1. Have convention rough draft by October 15th
2. Have speaker requests complete by December 1st
3. Launch Convention Registration by January 30th
4. Host District Convention!
5. Have 80% of Chapters send a Delegate to convention
