
Striving for the Highest Means Progress – Not Perfection
To start the biennium, we want to provide our Chapters SMART/SMARTIE goals to help us grow collectively as an organization.
As part of this, we want to recognize Chapters as “Crown Pearl Chapters” that complete 10 of the 15 goals from the following categories!
Chapter Crown Pearl Goals
Chapter Operations
- Submit your chapter’s CPR by September 30th with Dues Paid and acknowledgements complete
- Submit your chapter’s Road to Wisdom Calendar(s) two weeks before Recruitment begins
- Submit your chapter’s IRF(s) On Time
- Have at least one chapter member attend a ChopShop in the Fall
- Have at least one chapter member attend a ChopShop in the Spring
National Brand
- Highlight a service project of your Chapter in September
- Record your Chapter singing the Fraternity song in the month of November
- Have at least one Chapter Member attend an online Founders Circle Session in February
- Send a Delegate to District Convention
- Submit your chapter’s Graduating Senior Report
Strive for Five
- Create a plan for the 2025-2026 school year with your DOB and Sponsor by October 15th (Semester Schools) or November 15th (Quarter Schools)
- Host an event that benefits all members of your band
- Have at least one of your Chapter Officers complete the Level I Certification for the Founders’ Circle
- Initiate at least five (5) people
- Create a budget for your Chapter and share with your District Council
District Crown Pearl Goals
Goals for Districts is to Support Their Chapters. How your District Accomplishes these goals, and who does, is up to your Leadership Team.
Chapter Operations
- Have 80% of CPRs submitted on time
- Have 90% of Chapters submit a curriculum calendar
- Have 70% of FARs submitted on time
- Have 70% of IRFs submitted on time
- Have 70% of SARs submitted on time
Chapter Support and Networking
- Have a chapter engagement plan by September 1st
- Have a fall check-in with all Chapters in your District
- Have a spring check-in with all Chapters in your District
- Host at least one additional event outside of District Convention
- Have 80% of District Officers complete Level I of the Founders Circle
District Convention
- Have convention rough draft by October 15th
- Have speaker requests complete by December 1st
- Launch Convention Registration by January 30th
- Host District Convention!
- Have 80% of Chapters send a Delegate to convention
