Bohumil Makovsky – The Visionary Leader (Level 3)

The primary focus of this level is for individuals to develop skills and abilities that allow them to become visionary leaders capable of transforming large groups of individuals and/or society. These skills include developing and communicating a vision, and becoming a change agent. Upon completion of the different components, each individual should acquire the following:

▪ Learn how to develop a visionary perspective and/or strategic set of goals 
▪ Articulate and communicate a vision that inspires others 
▪ Develop skills related to strategic planning

a. Identifying areas of need or improvement

c. Articulating a vision that inspires 

3. Communication of a Vision 
a. Importance of verbal communication and/or public speaking
b. What not to do when speaking publically
c. Creating a visual presence and a vocal presence
d. Delivering presentations to groups 

4. Implementing the Vision 
a. Importance of developing a long-term plan
b. Difference between strategic and tactical planning
c. How to map strategic goals to a group/organization
d. Assessing the strategic plan
