1.
National Alumni Association Deadlines!
There are two important deadlines
coming up for NAA Members and Associations.
Please take note: May 1 is the dead line for
Local Alumni Associations to have their reports
into headquarters. May 1 is also the start of the
new year for NAA members so don't forget to turn
in your renewal. On behalf of the Staff who will
shortly be inundated with National Convention
administration/registration/final planning,
please take care of these items as soon as is
possible.
The NAA has made some great strides this past
year with membership approaching nearly 500
members. The NAA has some excellent programs and
projects designed to promote and support KKPsi
& TBS, and especially the Active members of
the Fraternity & Sorority. Congratulations
and thanks to all who "Continue to
Serve"! Bravo!
2. Attention
All Chapters!
by Dixie
Mosier-Greene, National Headquarters
Administrator
Chapter Presidents
-- be sure to send in your Chapter Delegate Form.
This way your delegate has the best chance of
being assigned to his/her preferred committee.
This form is needed in advance for the National
Presidents to make assignments.
Almost all chapters will send a delegate to the
National Convention, BUT sometimes the best plans
don't work out. For that reason, each chapter
must submit a proxy form to the National
Headquarters just in case! This way your chapter
is able to have some say in which chapter will be
seated as your proxy. If you don't do it, you
allow someone else to select your representative!
