1. Northern Kentucky University First Colony of New Academic Year!

KKPsi is pleased to announce the first colony of the new academic year! In early September, the National Headquarters received the Colony Application from Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, KY with 13 colony members. For those of you who would like to send letters or email of welcome, congratulations and encouragement, contact information is as follows:

2. Need Fraternity/Sorority Books or Jewelry Items???

A. We are currently revising the KKPsi & TBS Guide to Membership and the Chapter Operations Handbook & Constitution. We are waiting for some updates in all books, but we hope to get them to the printers as soon as possible. We will advise all chapters as soon as they are available for you to order.

The Chapter Directory is no longer stocked for sale. If a chapter cannot download the on-line Directory, please contact the National Headquarters for a printed copy.

B. Our new jeweler, Burr, Patterson & Auld, should be linked to our national website within a week or two. Until then, please fax or call in your jewelry order to the National Headquarters including a daytime phone number, your credit card number and expiration date. We will process the credit card and send the order on to BPA.

Once BPA is linked, all jewelry orders are to go directly to them, and we will let you know when they are ready!

3. Chapter Personnel Report Deadline Approaching
All chapters should have received the Chapter Personnel Report Packets from the National Headquarters in the past week. In that packet are many important documents including the Chapter Personnel Report Form for you to update. PLEASE, PLEASE give that your prompt attention, fill it out with all required signatures and updates and return it to the National Headquarters. Be sure to include the appropriate Dues & Fees for all of your members. For most chapters your deadline is September 30, but that is a Sunday, so be sure to take your CPR to the post office on the Friday before and make sure they postmark it in front of you! For chapters at universities that start after September 15th, your deadline is October 15th, but you must include official university documentation.

There are a number of new leaders in the fraternity & sorority, so please help me make sure I have all the appropriate, correct email addresses. If you notice one is in error, I would appreciate your letting me know!
