Virginia Commonwealth University Colony to be
Installed on April 28, 2002
by Deb
Eakins, KKPsi National VP for
Programs
It is my distinct honor and pleasure
to announce the installation date of the Virginia
Commonwealth University Colony into the ranks of
active chapters of Kappa Kappa Psi.
The Third degree and installation will occur on
Sunday, April 28th at 2:30 PM in the VCU Music
Center, on the corner of Harrison and Grove
Avenue, on the campus of the Virginia
Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
Directions will follow in a separate e-mail early
next week.
Please make an entire weekend of the event and
hit the Picnic on the Mall, sponsored by the
Alpha Kappa Chapter in Washington, DC on
Saturday, April 27th and then take a short 2 hour
drive on down the road to Richmond to enjoy a
piano recital at 1 PM on Sunday April 28th, given
by Jessica Fullerton, one of the colonists at
VCU, in the Concert Hall which is Performing Arts
Center on the corner of Harrison and Park Avenue.
The degree will be held at 2:30 PM in the nearby
VCU Music Center, followed by the chapter
installation. The installation ceremony is open
to the public and all brothers and sisters are
invited to attend this historic occasion.
The VCU colonists are also offering to house
people on a first come first serve basis. In
addition, there are many hotels in the area for
those who are interested in that type of
accommodation. For specific directions or to make
housing arrangement with the colony please
contact Tracie at sunshinegrl21@hotmail.com
Please join the Eta Beta chapter of Kappa Kappa
Psi at Virginia Tech and myself as we help the
outstanding men and women of our colony at
Virginia Commonwealth complete their journey into
the brotherhood of Kappa Kappa Psi.
Fraternally,
Deb Eakins
VCU Colony Advisor and
National Vice President for Programs
Kappa Kappa Psi

'Fill-in-the-blank' Forms are available on-line.
by Michael
McMurtrey, National Headquarters
Publications Manager
For those of you who like to do
things easily, I've added another
'fill-in-the-blank' form to the web site: the
Chapter Summary Report. This brings to six the
number of forms in such format; they are:
KKPsi Initiate Registration Form
KKPsi Chapter Personnel Update
TBSigma Initiate Registration Form
TBSigma Chapter Personnel Update
Chapter Summary Report (both)
Honorary Membership Nomination (both)
If money is involved, these forms will also
automatically calculate the amount due. I have
also added language to the web page identifying
them in red to make them easier to find on the
page.
Watch for others as time permits.
