Need a Reproduction of your Chapter's Charter?
by Derrick Mills, National
Chapter Field Representative for KKPsi
National Headquarters has developed
a new policy for our rising requests for copy of
individual Chapter Charters. We have been
receiving a increasing number of requests from
chapters for copies of lost charters, assuming
that "Nationals" has a copy of their
respected charter. Unfortunately, National
Headquarters DOES NOT have copies of chapters'
charters. If you have lost your chapters charter,
a reprint will cost $25. Also keep in mind that
we do not have copies of every design of the
charters as they have changed over the years. We
can provide you with a charter reprint using the
current design. If you have any requests or
questions about charters, please contact National
Headquarters at kkytbs@kkytbs.org or
(800)543-6505.
To better serve our chapters, National
Headquarters will maintain copies of charters of
all new chapters installed after the 2001
National Convention.
ATTN:
District Governors/Counselors/Officers/Chapter
Presidents...Please ensure widest possible
delivery to all chapters & members in your
respective districts! All NewsNotes On-Line
issues are available on-line at
http://www.kkytbs.org/newsnotes.html.
There are a number of new leaders in the
fraternity & sorority, so please help me make
sure I have all the appropriate, correct email
addresses. If you notice one is in error, I would
appreciate your letting me know!
Many thanks,
Lt Col Alan Bonner, USAF (Ret.)
National Executive Director
