New Kappa Kappa Psi Chapter Installed

Kappa Sigma Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi Installed at East Carolina University by Ken Corbett, Chairman, Board of Trustees, Kappa Kappa Psi

On behalf of the National Councl of Kappa Kappa Psi, we are pleased to announce the initiation of 8 new Active Brothers and 1 Honorary Brother of the newly installed Kappa Kappa Psi - Kappa Sigma Chapter, #258 at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.

The Zeta Chi Chapter at the University of South Carolina was the installing chapter and Ken Corbett was the installing officer. Dr. David O'Shields, Sponsor of Zeta Chi and Associate Director of Bands, and Mr. Chris Haughee, Southeast District Governor, played a part in the Ritual.

The Honorary was Dr. Scott Carter, Director of Bands and Sponsor of the Chapter.

Melanie Muldrow, Southeast District President, Jamarius Coley, Southeast District Member-at-Large were in attendance as well as Brothers from the University of Georgia - Kappa Mu, Clemson University - Kappa Beta and NC A&T - Iota Zeta.

- Initiate Registration Reports: We are in the heaviest time of the year for new members. REMEMBER, you have 30 days following the Initiation Date to submit your Initiate Report to the National Headquarters and avoid the Late Fees!

- 2001 National Convention in Corpus Christi, Texas "A Musical Quest in the Southwest"
Register for convention and hotel early; deadline is June 8th!
