3. Dues & Fees Submitted at Record Pace
According to Dixie Mosier-Greene, National Membership Services Coordinator & Office Manager, 2000 has been the very best year ever in on-time submissions. As of November 15th, we have received Dues & Fees from all but 10 KKPsi chapters and all but 2 TBS chapters! That's a terrific response, and we want to congratulate you all for doing so well. That helps us be able to provide you with better service, too, as we don't have to track down so many delinquent chapters! BRAVO!

4. National HQs Homepage Update
Guestbook is back in operation. Those of you who frequent the HQ's Website Guestbook are aware we have had some problems with it this year. It is working and I hope you will use it to spread the word of activities of your chapter! Of course, if you discover any problems, please let our Webmaster, Mike McMurtrey, know via email at PODIUM@kkytbs.org.

5. Kappa Kappa Psi National Recruiting Video Project
Dr. Mike Golemo, National President, sent a letter dated October 10, 2000 to all Chapter Presidents requesting immediate assistance. The National Council is creating a national "recruiting video" for Kappa Kappa Psi. A production company is already working on the video, but the Council needs YOUR HELP!! If your chapter has photographs, digital photos or videotapes that illustrate activities of your chapter that help to describe why all college band members should join our brotherhood, please send your materials by December 1 to:

"KKPSI Video"
Michael McMurtrey, Publications Manager
Kappa Kappa Psi National Headquarters
PO Box 849
Stillwater, OK 74076-0849

The Council is looking for videos and photographs that show brothers providing services to band(s); at social activities; singing the hymn; film clips from band videos; members performing in band... anything which sends a positive message to a potential member. You can also email Michael digital photos, but make sure the resolution is at least 640 x 480 at 72 dpi. Michael's e-mail is:
podium@kkytbs.org
Please title your email message: "KKPsi VIDEO".
